Optimization of insulation thicknesses and hole characteristics, validating the thermal loads and the thermal comfort of the users.
Optimization of climate production equipment, adjusting capacities and avoiding over sizing, saving initial costs.
Optimization of hydraulic climate equipment, adjusting capacities and avoiding over sizing in the distribution network, saving initial costs.
Analysis of the areas that require lighting control, avoiding the installation of sensors in areas where it is not necessary and optimizing their installation.
We use advanced energy simulation tools as eQuest, DesignBuilder, Ecotect, Therme, etc., in order to obtain a diagnosis of demands and consumptions derived from the operation of the building or the system, from the point of view of the optimization of energy resources.
> Energy and water audits
Executive energy efficiency and water audits, with a complete measurement campaign, optimization plan for the management and operation of equipment and consultancy for financing project solutions.
> Net Zero Energy Buildings
Design of NZEB buildings, which produce as much energy as the one used over a year, maximizing the opportunities granted by efficiency before developing renewable energy plans.
Start-up verification for general thermal installations.
> Energy management
Supervision and energy management with definition of saving objectives, periodical monitoring reports and energy and energy and water optimization during building operation.
> Renewable energies
Renewable energy projects for construction, with executive design and construction management: thermal solar, photovoltaic solar, biomass and mini-eolic.
Respect for the environment, efficient use of resources and the ability not to spend more energy than necessary have become, in recent year, an added value in the construction sector. But it’s not enough to promise it, we have to prove it. Well aware of the prestige that a sustainability certification gives to a building, we offer consulting services for the following certifications with a common denominator: to reduce impact of buildings on the environment in a profitable way. We are specialists in energy and interior quality of the building, which is the most leading point of environmental certifications
LEED: International prestige
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) seeks excellence, verifying that the construction of a building accomplishes the highest sustainability measures from the earliest phases of its construction cycle.
- Location and transportation
- Sustainable ground
- Water use efficiency
- Energy and atmosphere
- Materials and natural resources
- Indoor environmental quality
- Innovation in design and process
The following certifications are included: New Construction (NC); Existing Buildings, operation and maintenance (EBOM); Commercial Interiors (CI); Neighborhood Development (UD).
BREEAM: The European leader
This certificate, weights the sustainability levels of a building, both in the design phase and in the execution and maintenance phases of all types of buildings: residential, offices, industrial buildings and, even, urban planning.
- Health and wellness
- Ecological use of soil
DGNB: The third generation
DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e. V.), Building Environmental Certification System developed by the German Sustainable Building Council in 2008, is called a third generation environmental quality stamp, because it goes into more detail and is much more complex than the other certifications, giving great value to the life cycle analysis and pondering economic and sociocultural aspects, as well as environmental.
- Ecological quality
- Economic quality
- Functional and sociocultural quality
- Technical quality
- Process quality
- Quality of the place
VERDE: The Spanish certification
The "Made in Spain" certificate, is fully compliant with Spanish regulations, based on the Technical Building Code (Código Técnico de la Edificación) and European Directives.
- Enclosure and site
- Natural resources
- Energy and atmosphere
- Interior environment quality
- Service quality
- Social and economic factors
